Lead the Inbound&outbound quality team to manage the supplier quality per global supplier quality strategy by living with the defined supplier-relevant procedures and Quality Assurance Agreement Conduct supplier selection and qualification, including sub-suppliers such as surface treatment, casting Work with design plant and global team to define the necessary specifications. Support to manage the process quality to ensure stable quality of supplied parts, driving for continous improvement at supplier side. Lead the material qualificiation (FAI) and Critial to Quality process control Prototype/FAI inspection plan setup with operative quality, MOT and designer if needed Evaluate and verify supplier process and quality control, analyze product failures, facilitate and valiate the results of supplier complaint via Q2 Peform quarterly/yearly supplier evaluation and work with supplier for regular performance review, driving for improvement potentials Lead the team to peform the supplier/key sub-supplier audit per plan or process audit triggered by quality issues in an effective way by relealizing the audit findings/deviations to ZEISS requirements Closely work with production, engineering for improvements triggered by assembling, field issues or ECOs Other Tasks assigned by QM or  global quality team/projects.
