Support product manager to manage HQ’s product development requests locally, maintain product information as well as manage local Lab, realizing company realizing product success. 1.        NPR projects/activities local leading according to HQ new product development plan; Be responsible for coordinating projects and relevant activities to implement new ZEISS products, validate product performances through testing, in cooperation with local Engineering team; Be responsible for new ZEISS product introduction/development activities by defining needed capacity allocation for industrialization, cooperating with functional teams for various activities (like new equipment and fixtures manufacturing), managing various sample tests with the local LAB support, managing all needed documentation. Additionally, he/she will work with the Global Technology Center (GTC) to share new product validation test plan and status, as well as provide suggestion accordingly; Support Product Manager to coordinate and manage product requests from market, customers or ICOY to conduct initial product and process feasibility analysis, coordinating with the relevant functional teams;  Support Product Manager to coordinate product implementation with the support of the GTC. Moreover, she/he will communicate with the GTC to activate and implement relevant activities to support continuous improvement. 2.        Product information management and maintenance. Support Product Manager to manage existing product information (features and performance) and sharing them with the Commercial Team;  Support Product Manager to complete new product code definition in SAP (routing and BOM details), as well as coordinating all needed activities for managing product information, like naming, product performances and features check.  3.        External communication and opportunity discovery; Support Product Manager on the communication against product implementation/introduction/development with local suppliers; Support Product Manager to share collected information with HQ for better decision making as well as risk avoiding. 4.        Local Lab management. Support Product Manager to invest new instruments as HQ's requests; Support Product Manager to plan Lab layout, maintain Lab test instruments as well as Lab environment, etc   Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
