Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community/Direct Support Professional Float to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in Autism.  Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer. Key Responsibilities: Encourage independence, decision-making, and community participation to promote valued social roles Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal planning/preparation, and promote overall health and wellness Provide transportation and support for community activities, employment, and social engagement as needed Maintain positive, professional interactions with individuals supported, their families, and all stakeholders; coordinate services as needed Administer medications per policy, schedule and attend medical appointments, and implement physician orders as directed Actively participate in designing, coordinating, and implementing ISPs and attend plan meetings Job Details: Casual/Per Diem non-exempt positions $19.00 per hour ($21.00 per hour with bachelor’s degree) Minimum Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent Effective communication and proficient computer skills Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications Keystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
