Focus Areas: Partner Engineering, Ecosystem Integration, Strategic About the Role Morpheus Enterprise is a hybrid cloud management platform that enables enterprises to provision, operate, and optimize workloads across on‑prem, hybrid, and edge environments. A strong partner ecosystem is foundational to the Morpheus platform, enabling customers to integrate best‑of‑breed infrastructure, PaaS, data, security, and operational tools. As a Principal Strategic Partner Engagement Engineer , you will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening the Morpheus ecosystem. This is a highly technical, externally facing role for an engineer who excels at deep product understanding, systems integration, and strategic partner engagement . Your success will be measured by how effectively partners are onboarded, integrated, and delivering real customer value on the Morpheus platform. What You’ll Do Own Strategic Partner Onboarding and Integration Serve as the primary technical engagement lead for key ecosystem partners, guiding them through onboarding, integration, and validation on the Morpheus platform. Enable a High‑Quality Partner Experience Work hands‑on with partner engineering teams to ensure smooth, scalable, and secure integrations—reducing friction and accelerating time to value for joint customers. Identify Ecosystem Opportunities Continuously analyze market trends, customer demand, and workload patterns to identify high‑value integration opportunities. Proactively engage with strategic partners aligned to those workloads. Deeply Understand the Morpheus Platform Develop expert‑level knowledge of Morpheus architecture, APIs, integration points, and operational workflows to effectively support partner needs and solution designs. Partner with Product and Engineering Teams Collaborate closely with Morpheus product engineering to: Represent Partners Internally Act as the voice of ecosystem partners within the product and engineering organizations, ensuring partner requirements and challenges are well understood and addressed. Support Strategic Alignment Work cross‑functionally with product management, partner teams, sales, and field organizations to ensure partner integrations align with Morpheus platform strategy and customer needs. Understand existing integration frameworks and APIs Provide actionable feedback based on partner experiences Influence improvements and new API development to strengthen ecosystem integrations What you need to bring: Strong engineering background with experience in cloud platforms, cloud management, or cloud operations . Hands‑on experience with system integrations , APIs, SDKs, and platform ecosystems. Proven ability to work directly with external partners —including technical onboarding, architecture reviews, and integration support. Solid understanding of cloud architectures , infrastructure platforms, and operational workflows. Ability to bridge technical depth with strategic thinking and customer outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, partners, and internal stakeholders. Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, defining structure and processes as the ecosystem evolves.
