This role will support the work of management and other staff. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Answering all inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner Use of computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software systems to prepare reports, memos, and documents. Act as a liaison for clients, while resolving problems that our customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Maintains proactive contact and provides support to ensure corporate and operational goals are met. Special projects as assigned. Required Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an office environment. Experience in the waste industry is a plus. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus; read, write and converse. Experience with Microsoft Suite is required.
