Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30 🩺  Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Behavioral Health (0.75 FTE) 📍 Location: Main Campus, La Crosse, WI 👩‍⚕️ Department: Inpatient Behavioral Health (IBH) 🕒 Schedule: 60 hours per two weeks | Rotating 12-hour Day/Night shifts (0630–1900 / 1830–0700) 📆 Every third weekend | Two holidays per year 🌟 Why Join Us? Meaningful Impact: Help patients in crisis and be a part of their healing journey. 💙 What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, trauma-informed and evidence-based care to patients experiencing acute mental health crisis. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, NPs, RNs, behavioral health specialists, CNAs, social workers, therapists, clergy, and addiction counselors. Support patients through crisis stabilization, medication management, and therapeutic interventions.
