Making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.   Partner with the best As a Services Professional - Customer Service Management, you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization. Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities Handling targeted clients by following predefined contracts and an established framework of conditions. Providing logistical support for assigned operations. Supporting project management activities as required. Coordinating the logistics of helicopters transporting OFSEs to offshore platforms. Acting as the single point of contact for the customer to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns related to support services within the assigned region, product line, or coverage area. Maintaining knowledge of the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines and their associated configurations, installations, and requirements, while serving as the primary gateway to internal functions to support customer needs. Establishing and maintaining ongoing technical and business support relationships with assigned customers in the designated geographic region or coverage area. Working collaboratively with business unit personnel, with interactions geared toward collecting or providing technical information. Handling simple project processes by following detailed guidelines for production and/or basic human interfaces requiring limited technical knowledge, within a clearly defined framework of conditions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college At least 4 -6 years of experience in Services).
