As a CSA - Customer Application Engineer you will be responsible for: Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions as part of the pre‑ITO process Conducting technical analysis of client needs, including product definition and optimization Defining scope, schedule, industrial scheme and cost in alignment with policies and procedures Calculating plant, system and equipment performance and efficiency Documenting technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution Customizing products and implementing them for specific customer needs in OTR Resolving problems using acquired expertise and precedent Working with business unit colleagues under guided contacts Specifying and planning activities and explaining technical issues Communicating with direct team and supervisor Presenting metrics, project status and research to internal teams Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology) Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work independently Strong problem‑solving skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
