As a Lead Project Engineer, you will be responsible for: Developing a scope of work and planning schedule and monitoring engineering activities for customer projects. Providing technical leadership and interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, Baker Hughes Product Engineering, Sourcing, Engineering sub-contractors. Leading analytical and designing activities, using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods. Communicating across direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. Connecting the dots across technologies and developing cross-technology solutions; Working on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business. Communicating across the function in area of expertise Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited University or College 3 -8 years experience in Project Engineering for Turbo Machinery or Gas Turbine or Rotating Equipment Have clear thinking attitude with entrepreneurial mindset. Demonstrate resilience and flexibility to work on priority, understanding business needs to translate Engineering effort in Company financial targets Have ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
