As an Intern, you will be responsible for: Organizing and maintaining payroll files and documentation Collecting and analyzing payroll-related data Assisting in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive payroll catalog Supporting the development and documentation of the wage type catalog Helping to create and regularly update process maps for payroll workflows Acting as a key role between various departments, including Total Rewards, HR, Payroll, and Treasury Taking a part in a pilot project to oversee the end-to-end payroll process for one specific country Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you should: Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction Be available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week Be studying in a relevant field such as HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Business development Have an active student status with at least two years remaining in your studies Be getting familiar with payroll processes and procedures Be proficient in Excel, Visio, and other Microsoft Office applications Desired skills: · Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills · Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
