Fuel your passion You will be coordinating customer interactions and supporting the delivery of installation and maintenance contracts. You will be working closely with customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure planning accuracy, strong communication, and efficient project execution. As a Project support Coordinator , you will be: Proactively managing installation and maintenance contracts for key accounts Resolving customer issues through phone, email, and face‑to‑face interaction Planning jobs, projects, and aftersales contract activities Managing stock and service parts demand Supporting engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers during delivery Maintaining and updating project schedules and resources Ensuring contractual obligations, processes, and deadlines are met Preparing reports, documentation, and customer feedback summaries Essential Skills Project coordination Customer support Planning and scheduling Communication skills ERP system knowledge Data analysis Stakeholder coordination To be successful in this role, you will: Have experience working in a customer support or parts environment Have an understanding of ERP systems Have strong organizational and workload management skills Have proven experience coordinating multiple tasks and priorities Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Have strong attention to detail and data management capabilities Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
