Job Overview The role supports cross‑functional initiatives through analysis, testing, reporting, and project contribution, including active involvement in M&A activities. The position partners closely with stakeholders to ensure quality execution, data‑driven decisions, and effective delivery across projects. Key Responsibilities Execute testing activities in test and UAT environments to validate functionality, data accuracy, and readiness for production. Apply strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Lead assigned projects or actively contribute to larger initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder alignment. Develop and deliver regular and ad‑hoc reporting to support operational and leadership decision‑making. Support M&A initiatives, including due diligence, integration planning, testing, and post‑integration stabilization. Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and inter-departmental use. Provide records and reports for managers. Assist in preparation of reports and analysis for use in the annual external audit. Make suggestions for improvements to existing processes and systems. Key Skills High School Diploma or equivalent  Req Or Bachelor's Degree  Req 2 - 3 years’ experience Req Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Technical accounting skills. Data analysis and manipulation skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Experience in testing and validation within non‑production environments Project leadership or project participation experience Clear, structured reporting and stakeholder communication skills Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
