This is a highly critical, detail‑oriented operational role focused on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across incentive calculations and commercial structure databases. Key Responsibilities Execute end‑to‑end sales incentive calculations , including: Managing and consolidating sales and market data sources Calculating incentive targets, quotas, and objectives Applying incentive curves and achievement logic Preparing and validating incentive payment files Perform incentive simulations, validations, and reconciliation processes Apply rigorous data quality controls and traceability checks. Document calculation logic, assumptions, and data flows for transparency and auditability. Maintain territory alignment databases , including: Territory structures and hierarchies Brick‑to‑representative assignments Data consistency across all reporting layers Collaborate regularly with Sales Force and internal stakeholders to resolve incentive and territory inquiries. Required Skills & Profile Advance English Advanced Excel skills (mandatory). Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail. Experience handling large datasets and complex calculations. Reliable, structured, and quality‑driven work style.
