Im Bereich Commercial Engagement Services (CES) arbeiten wir eng mit unseren Life Sciences-Kunden zusammen und unterstützen sie mit flexiblen Vertriebs- und Personallösungen für nachhaltigen Erfolg am Markt. Dies umfasst insbesondere die Rekrutierung, das Training und die Steuerung des Vertriebsteams in Dienstleistungsprojekten bzw. in Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Dabei differenzieren wir uns über integrierte Projektansätze entlang des IQVIA Lösungsportfolios, die wir individuell an die Kundenbedürfnisse anpassen und aus einer Hand anbieten. Für unseren renommierten Kunden aus dem Raum Bodensee suchen wir in Vollzeit zur Direktvermittlung einen Produktmanager Das sind Deine Aufgaben: Als Produktmarketing Manager für Ultraschall-Kontrastmittel gestaltest Du aktiv die Marktposition dieser Produktlinie und treibst ihre Weiterentwicklung voran. Du analysierst Markt- und Wettbewerbssituationen, entwickelst Marketingpläne und setzt strategische wie operative Maßnahmen um. Dabei behältst Du Umsatz-, Absatz- und Profitabilitätsziele im Blick und trägst maßgeblich zur nachhaltigen Geschäftsentwicklung bei. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung zielgruppengerechter Marketingmaterialien sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team. Du schulst den Außendienst zu Marketingmaßnahmen sowie medizinischen und wissenschaftlichen Themen und stellst eine konsistente, fundierte Kommunikation sicher. Zudem unterstützt Du das Produktportfolio medizinisch-wissenschaftlich und bereitest Fachinhalte verständlich auf. Durch Deinen regelmäßigen Austausch mit dem globalen Ultraschall-Team stimmst Du Strategien und Best Practices ab und bringst wertvolle Impulse in die nationale Marketingstrategie ein. Mit Deinem ganzheitlichen Blick auf Markt, Wettbewerb und Kund: innen stärkst Du die Präsenz der Ultraschall-Kontrastmittel und trägst entscheidend zum Erfolg der Produktlinie bei. Das bringst Du mit: Du hast bereits Erfahrung als Produkt Manager, vorteilhaft in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, gesammelt. Status nach AMG § 75 ist vorteilhaft, aber keine Bedingung Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie die Bereitschaft, eigenverantwortlich und ergebnisorientiert zu arbeiten.
