How you’ll make an impact 1. Your p rime responsibility to carry out Financial Analysis support Business controller in decision making process, Business Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting. 2. You w ork with common share service finance team to maintain company financial reporting to in line with PRC GAAP and IFRS, i nternal controls and compliance. 3. You build rapport in the c ommunication with stake holders and support Factory controllers for Financial KPIs also i mplementation of Financial projects across Factories in line with global requirements. 4. You will m onitor all financial aspects & cost effectiveness and provide insight and analysis also a ssess business risk exposure and define risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance. 5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 6. You hold a bachelor's degree, major in accounting, experience in accounting and controlling or similar tasks as well as knowledge of internal control. 2. Required with 3-5 years’ experience s mart hands on experience in MS Office and ERP (ideally with SAP). 3. A good understanding of financial accounting processes and the a bility to take initiative and to take ownership of tasks. 4. A precise, systematic and persistent way of working on assignments, even under tight schedules, a n analytical, enthusiastic to learn and positive approach to working. 5. The ability to work both independently and in a team, g ood at communication, self-motivated on learning and problem solving. 6. Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
