Für unsere Kunden aus dem Bereich Banking & Finance entwickeln wir Software zur Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen von der Architektur bis zur Implementierung. Dabei setzen wir auf Standard-Technologien, verlieren aber auch neue Entwicklungen nicht aus dem Auge. Bei uns arbeitest du im dynamischen Umfeld eines IT-Unternehmens mit aktuellen Technologien und IT-Systemen. Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für unsere Softwarekomponenten in den Betriebsumgebungen unserer Kunden Installation, technischer Support und Konfiguration unserer Softwareprodukte Selbstständige Analyse von Supportanfragen und Änderungswünschen unterschiedlicher Dringlichkeit und Komplexität Wartung von Softwareprodukt-Releases Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Produkte und Prozesse zusammen mit den Prozesseigentümern Enger Austausch mit Service Managern, Softwareentwicklern und Projektmanagern Sicherstellung der vereinbarten SLAs für mehrere Systemlandschaften Dokumentation der implementierten Lösungen und Prozesse Management externer Dienstleister/Kunden und Koordination interner Schnittstellen Leitung, Steuerung und technische Unterstützung der Expertengruppe Application Manager Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit IT-Hintergrund Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Betriebssysteme.
