You will develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance operational efficiency. 2. You will conduct Request for Quotations (RFQs), cost analysis, and benchmarking within the approved supplier base to optimize procurement costs. 3. You will monitor product costs, identify cost-saving opportunities through technical optimizations and negotiations to achieve Cost Reduction (CR) targets. 4. You will maintain long-term supplier partnerships and address challenges related to delivery delays, quality issues, and cost optimization. 5. You will act as a project manager for cost reduction or product qualification projects, PPAP process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and performance standards. 6. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly address supply chain needs and provide regular reports and updates to management on supply chain performance and initiatives. 7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 8. You hold a bachelor's degree and above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or manufacturing, preferably in the electrical equipment or cable accessories industry. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions. A quick learner with the capacity to acquire new skills and knowledge. 4. Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems. Familiarity with Power Bl for data analysis is advantageous. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel to visit suppliers as required. 6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
