Strategic Focus Areas You’ll contribute to initiatives in: Decentralized clinical services and virtual site enablement Advanced patient recruitment strategies AI-powered data collection and federated learning Network partnerships and secondary data linkage Role Overview As a Full-Stack Developer in DSAE, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining applications that support our RWE technology stack. You’ll work across functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software that powers clinical research innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain software applications from detailed specifications Design, code, test, debug, and document programs for data manipulation and system integration Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system errors Contribute to infrastructure improvements and development best practices Guide engineering quality through code reviews, source control, and unit testing Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in systems analysis or application programming Strong programming skills with experience in modern languages and frameworks Strong front-end, back-end, and database development skills Strong C# and JavaScript skills Relational database expertise (SQL or equivalent) Healthcare development experience preferred (EMR systems, clinical research technologies, or healthcare data pipelines) AI experience is a plus Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
