De functie Als Electrical Construction Supervisor – Substations geef je op de bouwlocatie leiding aan montage- en inbedrijfstelactiviteiten van nieuwe (en uitbreidingen van) hoogspannings­onderstations (36 kV – 380 kV). Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op site voor monteurs, onderaannemers en de klant, bewaakt strikte HSE-richtlijnen en borgt kwaliteit, planning en budget. Kerntaken Dagelijkse sturing, coaching en beoordeling van 5-10 monteurs en/of onderaannemers. Opstellen en uitvoeren van werk- en schakel­plannen; verdelen van taken, materialen en gereedschap. Toezicht houden op naleving van alle (inter)nationale veiligheidsnormen (VCA, NEN 3140/3840, IEC-standaarden). Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en voortgangscontroles; FAT/SAT, inspecties, as-built documentatie en punch-lists. Bijhouden van urenregistratie, vergunningen (werk- en schakelveiligheid) en rapportage aan de Site Manager & Project Manager. Coördineren van interface met civiele partijen, commissioning-teams en leveranciers. Signaleren van meer-/minderwerk en doen van verbetervoorstellen. Actieve rol in toolbox-meetings, veiligheidsrondes en incidentonderzoeken. Jouw profiel Afgeronde MBO-4 of HBO in Elektrotechniek, Energietechniek of vergelijkbaar. Minimaal 3 jaar praktijkervaring met de bouw of het onderhoud van hoog-/middenspanningsinstallaties. Bekend met primaire en secundaire installaties: GIS/AIS, transformatoren, beveiligings- & besturingssystemen. Geldig VCA-VOL (of bereid dit snel te behalen) en rijbewijs B; NEN 3840-Vakbekwaam Persoon is een pré. Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en een goede werkkennis van Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk). Stressbestendig, besluitvaardig en sterk in plannen, communiceren en motiveren.
