Job Description Responsibilities · As an internal consultant to business end-users in the area of process automation and operational efficiency. · Assist in analysing business requirements and find solutions within the IQVIA Hospital Information systems to drive process automation. · Involved and assist in HIS system implementation. · Assist in application configuration, system testing and Integration testing. · Provide application support, maintain issue tracker, troubleshoot application and reports issues, apply updates to the application, and work with a developer for resolution. · Prepare documentation User Guide, User Acceptance Test Script and Integration Test scripts for projects. · Arrange and conduct Super user training. · Provide Go Live support.
