You take ownership of planning, execution and financial control while ensuring compliance with contractual, quality and environmental standards. You lead certification projects, new product introductions and customer delivery initiatives across multiple segments. How You’ll Make an Impact You lead projects from planning to completion with clear structure and transparency. You build and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans. You coordinate certification, NPI and optimization projects across teams. You monitor project risks, costs and financial flows and act when deviations occur. You ensure activities follow contractual, quality and environmental requirements. You collaborate with procurement and suppliers to secure materials and services. You maintain strong communication with customers and run FAT tests when required. You identify process improvements and support the implementation of project tools and best practices. Your Background Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline. 2+ years of experience leading medium‑sized projects, including commercial and contractual aspects. Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
