Ihre Aufgaben sind sehr breit gefächert, denn es erwarten Sie verschiedenste Themen aus den Disziplinen Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Materialwissenschaften und Fehlerdiagnose. Hierfür suchen wir technisch versierte und motivierte Teamplayer mit interkultureller Kompetenz. Das können Sie bewirken Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Verfahren zur Gashandling, Gasaufbereitung, ‑recycling sowie nachhaltige Gasmanagementstrategien Technologiebewertung zum Recycling von alternativen Isolier- und Löschgasen Bewertung und Umsetzung  von Retrofill‑ und Retrofit‑Konzepten zur Modernisierung bestehender Anlagen. Erstellen technischer Dokumentationen, Anweisungen sowie Anforderungsspezifikationen zu den Themen Gashandling und entsprechender Serviegeräte Konstruktive Umsetzung von technischen Konzepten und Innovationen in 3D-Konstruktionen mittels CAD-System Umsetzen alternativer Lösungen zu bestehenden Produkten bis zur Marktreife Durchführung von konstruktiven Untersuchungen über Funktion, Anordnung und Gestaltung Mitarbeit und Leitung von geschäftsbereichsübergreifenden Projekten Ausfertigung von Pflichtenheften für Module/Komponenten unter z.B. Berücksichtigung von Funktions-, Werkstoff-, Kosten- und Einbaumerkmalen sowie fertigungstechnischer Gesichtspunkte Mechanische und hydraulische Optimierungen sowie die Dimensionierung, Berechnung und Zeichnung von Komponenten und Baugruppen Eingehende Planung, Betreuung und Durchführung von Prüfungen in Zusammenarbeit mit in- und externen Laboratorien Das bringen Sie mit Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss (gerne auch PhD) in Maschinenbau, Materialwissenschaft, Physik, Chemie oder vergleichbar   Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Isoliergase und/oder Isolierstoffe 3D-Konstruktion mit Creo, SAP-R3, Dokumentationserstellung von Vorteil Erfahrung mit FEM-Simulationen Erfahrungen mit Qualitätswerkzeugen, wie z.B. DFMA, FMEA usw.
