It is our sole focus on life sciences, deep expertise in key commercial and technical areas, unique access to proprietary data, and in-market presence around the world that allows us to achieve our mission of making a positive long-term impact on healthcare.   Candidates interested in joining  Consulting Services  department as a  Senior Consultant   should have: ·         Strong capability in managing projects and juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high quality outcomes ·         Experience of working in sizable/multi-disciplined teams and supervising staff ·         Willingness and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals ·         Experience of developing credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry ·         Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries ·         Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills ·         Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills ·         Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing ·         Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques (desirable not critical) ·         Strong academic track record including minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (further personal/industry qualifications e.g. an MBA is valued but is not essential) ·         6-8 years professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progression ·         Proven background in consulting, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progression ·           Project management experience desired ·         Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral); additional languages an advantage     JOB DESCRIPTION Working closely with Senior Leadership team, as a Senior Consultant with IQVIA, you’ll be responsible for managing teams of Analysts and Consultants in the design, development and delivery of medium-sized consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects by: ·         Planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives ·         Coaching project team members and supporting them to fulfill their personal objectives ·         Developing client relationships through face-to-face discussions or workshops, telephone or email contact ·         Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations ·         Identifying opportunities for follow-on work and new leads ·         Supporting development of client bids and proposal presentations ·         Supporting the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements ·         Proactively developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and training IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
