One of them is the role of Onsite Support Specialist , a key position in our IT team dedicated to keeping our systems running smoothly and our users supported. What You'll Do: Provide hands-on technical support to end-users. Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot incidents and implement changes Offer ad-hoc training on common IT topics and guide users through self-service tools. Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain and update hardware and software systems. Install and configure IT equipment and applications. Monitor system performance across hardware and software. Train users on device functionality and software usage. Document technical issues and solutions for future reference. What You Bring: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Local language is a must have!!! Communicative English for everyday interactions. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues. A mindset focused on process improvement. Experience with software maintenance and testing. Basic understanding of networking and operating systems. Ability to prioritize and manage tasks under pressure. A customer-first attitude and collaborative spirit.
