You will work with a collaborative team, lead core accounting processes, and grow your technical expertise in a dynamic environment.   How You'll Make an Impact Lead monthly accounting closing. Lead statutory audits. Prepare and analyze local and corporate financial statements. Analyze revenues, cost of sales and inventories. Review payroll and tax accounts. Manage fixed asset accounting under accounting and tax regulations. Record monthly provisions and accruals. Prepare and follow up information for audits. Support preparation and monitoring of the finance budget. Develop and update internal procedures and user manuals. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.   Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 7 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of IFRS. Intermediate level in SAP-FI; desirable knowledge of MM, CO or SD. Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Basic taxation knowledge (desirable). Intermediate English level. Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical capability, organization and proactivity.   More About Us Payroll and benefits according to Peruvian law.
