Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures under supervision. How you’ll make an impact:   Work with Business team to perform the assessments based on define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier is capability and the organizational requirements. Supplier and stakeholder Management. Report on Key Performance Indicators and other process specific management reports. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance. Knowledge and work experience on JAGGAER tool Preferred. Supports in negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions and feeds back recommendations for appropriate actions. Analyses and evaluates bids within the scope, in order to determine the optimal value. Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing as per available guidelines. Oversee supplier performance (on delivery time, quality, lead time), and recommend solutions / resolves performance issues within the scope. Initiates supply orders in the system, confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements. Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background:   Should have Qualification of Graduate or postgraduate degree in any fields. Should have 2 – 4 Years of experience. Basic Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Package. JAGGAER tool experience preferred. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
