About the Unit  Corewell Health Pennock Hospital Cancer Care Center located at 1009 W Green St in Hastings, has an opening for a resource based RN for our Infusion team. This position will work as needed, to meet the needs of the department.   About Outpatient Clinics   Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.     Scope of work     Responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. Collaborates with the Nurse Manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat the patient's responses to actual or potential health conditions.  Assesses, monitors, detects, plans, and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications associated with specific health problems and / or medical treatment.   Qualifications Required Associate's Degree Nursing Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire Required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days Required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days Required Minimum one year of RN experience, preferably as an Infusion RN strongly preferred How Corewell Health cares for you Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
