Position: SCM Digital Specialist Location: Krakow / Poland (hybrid/remote)   How You'll Make an Impact Lead the deployment of SCM digital systems (e.g., SAP, CELONIS), Power BI, AI, and cloud-based platforms. Analyze SCM workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve delivery cycle times. Monitor digital initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement. Oversee digital projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop dashboards to track KPIs such as cost savings and open PO status. Collaborate with IT, procurement, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and data governance. Conduct workshops and provide support to upskill teams on new technologies. Ensure compliance with data security standards (e.g., GDPR) and promote sustainable practices. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in supply chain roles with a focus on digital transformation. Hands-on experience with SAP systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, CELONIS). Familiarity with AI/ML applications, cloud platforms, and blockchain technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in vendor management.
