Chez Hitachi Energy, nous recherchons un·e Responsable principal·e service immobilières pour superviser la performance, la sécurité et l’efficacité de nos sites de Varennes. Dans ce rôle clé, vous coordonnerez les opérations de maintenance, dirigerez les équipes techniques et piloterez les partenaires IFM externes afin d’assurer le fonctionnement optimal de nos bâtiments, systèmes et services. En collaboration étroite avec la direction des opérations immobilières au Canada, vous contribuerez à mettre en place les meilleures pratiques, à intégrer de nouveaux bâtiments au programme et à stimuler l’amélioration continue dans l’ensemble des activités immobilières. Votre impact Superviser les activités quotidiennes de maintenance et de services sur les sites assignés. Coordonner les équipes internes et les fournisseurs externes afin d’assurer une prestation de services efficace. Mettre en place des processus innovants pour améliorer la productivité et optimiser les coûts. Surveiller le respect des SLA, KPI et normes de santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE). Collaborer avec les équipes d’exploitation pour limiter les interruptions de production. Gérer les budgets IFM et produire les rapports mensuels/trimestriels. Superviser la priorisation du système de billetterie associé au programme IFM. Effectuer des inspections et audits réguliers pour garantir la qualité des services. Établir des relations solides avec les clients internes grâce à une communication proactive. Responsable de garantir la conformité aux réglementations, procédures et directives internes et externes applicables. Votre profil Baccalauréat en gestion immobilière, génie, ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente). Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion d’immeubles et de maintenance. Connaissances techniques en CVC, automatisation, qualité de l’air et maintenance préventive. Excellentes compétences en leadership, organisation et communication. Expérience dans la gestion de multiples fournisseurs et projets. Capacité à travailler sous pression et à prendre des décisions éclairées. In this key role, you’ll coordinate maintenance operations, guide technical teams, and manage external IFM partners to ensure our buildings, systems, and services consistently operate at their best. Working closely with the Real Estate Operation Lead for Canada, you’ll champion best‑in‑class processes, support the onboarding of new buildings, and drive continuous improvement across all facility programs. How you’ll make an impact Supervise daily maintenance and service activities across assigned sites. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless service delivery. Implement innovative processes to enhance productivity and optimize costs. Monitor adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and Environment, Health & Safety standards. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure maintenance activities do not interrupt production. Manage IFM budgets and provide accurate monthly/quarterly reporting. Oversee ticketing system prioritization and program workflows. Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain high-quality service. Build strong relationships with internal clients through clear and proactive communication. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline—or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in facilities and maintenance management. Strong technical understanding of HVAC, automation systems, air quality, and preventive maintenance. Proven leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities. Experience managing multiple vendors and concurrent projects. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound, timely decisions.
