Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.   We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer - Umbria (located in Perugia area) , who will have the possibility to conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution.  Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements.  Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, He/She will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. He/She'll be able to communicate and to listen honesty and to create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.   Key Responsibilities: Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our customers. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.   Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferible or BiotechTechnical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, proficient English is mandatory Open to travel, (driving license is mandatory) Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in Italian Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well   You will be part of a dynamic team in which there is a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, but also where having fun and teamwork is very important.
