The Sr. Customer Service Rep. is responsible for order processing and related administrative activities. The role includes managing customer interactions via phone and email to address inquiries, process sales orders, document complaints, and resolve service issues such as shipment, billing, warranty, and basic product questions. Additional responsibilities involve coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports using office software, and potentially delivering in-house training on non-technical topics. You will join our Customer Support Team, reporting directly to the CAS Manager, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service that supports the growth of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. This position is based on-site in Da’an District, Taipei. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, process transactions (orders, returns, exchanges), and ensure smooth handling of import/export operations in compliance with policies and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, analyze recurring problems, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance processes, products, and the overall customer experience. Communicate complex information clearly with both internal and external stakeholders, while building knowledge of the medical diagnostics industry to better address customer needs. The essential requirements of the job include: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP or ERP or Oracle order management. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and especially in Excel. Good in English writing, reading, speaking, and listening for effective communication. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, can quickly learn new things and active self-development on work-related skills.
