The HouseSmart Mechanic will be responsible for the following: Service vehicles includes oil changes, tires changes, brakes, alignments, etc. Perform scheduled maintenance services on company fleet Perform Lube and minor automotive repairs as directed Conduct vehicle inspections for mechanical services Help ensure basic compliance for all fleet, as directed by manager Provide timely communication with management regarding applicable needs Record and report any damage to the company or customer property immediately Keep the shop and tools clean and organized at all time Other duties as assigned Pay: $18/hr+ based on experience Requirements: Has basic automotive knowledge to lead the above tasks autonomously Able to lift 100lbs, stoop, and work under vehicles Valid driver license; medical card/DOT driving abilities a plus Efficient, team player with positive attitude and willingness to best support our teams Benefits: Comprehensive Benefit Package - Medical, Dental, Life, Vision and 401k with aggressive employer match Generous Time-Off Policy – 6 Paid Holidays + Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days.
