Our Managed Services team supports clients by providing reliable, high‑quality service and a clear technology strategy that supports both current needs and future growth. What You Will Do Troubleshoot application/server issues and ensure quick, efficient incident resolution. Work collaboratively with different teams to support business processes, issue resolution and improve product quality. Recreate and analyze client issues in test environments. Provide in‑depth product and technical support to FIS clients. Monitor and support production systems. Automate routine operational tasks. Document client details, recurring issues, and support activities. Perform server health checks, log analysis, and root‑cause analysis. Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. What You Bring Strong hands‑on experience with Unix/Linux and PowerShell scripting. Proficiency and experience of Windows Administration. Hands-on SQL knowledge to analyze data and reconciliation. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Ability to diagnose and resolve application or system issues. Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication abilities. Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively. Additional Desirable Skills Experience in banking, finance, or listed derivatives is preferred. Ability to manage expectations and deliver reliably. Strong collaboration, organization, and documentation skills. Self‑driven with the ability to work both independently and within a global team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
