Über die Rolle: Für ein laufendes Projekt suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) die unsere Kunden und Kundinnen fachlich und lösungsorientiert im Kundenservice und bei Rückbuchungswünschen (Chargebacks) im Bereich Kreditkarte unterstützen. Über das Team: In unserem modernen ServiceCenter in Hamburg Barmbek haben wir uns darauf spezialisiert Kreditkarten-Nutzer: innen im Auftrag unserer Bank-Klienten in den Bereichen Kundenservice, Kreditkartenbetrugs-Prävention sowie Backoffice-Tätigkeiten mit Wort und Tat zur Seite zu stehen, egal ob im direkten Kundenkontakt oder bei der Weiterbearbeitung in unseren firmeninternen Sicherheitssystemen. Wir sind stolz auf unser sehr erprobtes Konzept von internen Beförderungen auf weiterführende Aufgaben wie zb. Experte oder Team Manager mit einer fast 100% Was du tun wirst: Erfassung von Rückbuchungswünschen unsere Kunden und Kundinnen. Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der Vorgänge in verschiedenen Systemen Aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kundinnen auf dem schriftlichen und telefonischen Weg Was du mitbringst: Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung, gerne relevante Berufserfahrunge Du hast ein gutes Auge zum Detail, bist gut im Kundenumgang und bewahrst einen kühlen Kopf in stressigen Situationen? Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohe Teamfähigkeit ist für Dich selbstverständlich Aneignung von Unternehmensrichtlinien um tägliche Aufgaben zu meistern Sehr gute Auffassungsgabe um u.a. komplexe Betrugsfälle zu erkennen und der Richtlinien entsprechend bearbeiten Mindestens 20 Stunden/Woche verfügbar Als plus sehen wir an: Sehr gute PC Kenntnisse in MS Office Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Was wir dir bieten: Eine Karriere bei FIS ist mehr als nur ein Job.
