Overview Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a Product Director to join our Product Management team. This is a highly visible and impactful role responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy. The Product Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to bring new products to market that meet the needs of our customers. What you’ll do Contribute to the development and execution of the product strategy for our suite of supply chain software products, specifically focusing on the transition from traditional S&OP to IBP. Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer needs. Participate in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, gathering customer requirements, and making data-driven recommendations for product enhancements. Measure and analyze the success of product launches and make recommendations for future improvements. Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, both internally and externally. What we are looking for IBP/S&OP Mastery : 5+ years of deep domain knowledge in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Experience : You have been either a practitioner (Planning Manager, S&OP Director) or have led the delivery/consulting of S&OP/IBP transformations for large enterprises. Technical Literacy : Familiarity with planning concepts like demand planning, supply planning, financial reconciliation, and scenario-based decision-making for different decision horizons. Product Management : Prior experience in Product Management is a significant bonus but not strictly required if you have extensive delivery or practitioner experience. Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. Problem Solving : Ability to translate abstract business requirements into concrete software requirements. Customer Obsession : A passion for supporting early-stage customers in their digital transformation journeys. Adaptability : Thrives in a fast-paced environment where the product is rapidly evolving based on customer feedback.
