We create quality products in a safe environment for our team members.     Benefits Effective Day 1!   Work Schedule: Tuesday -  Saturday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm Position Summary:   This position is a discretionary position.  This position will monitor, control, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all refrigeration equipment, steam generating equipment, compressed air systems, water supply and distribution systems, return condensate systems, mechanically, electrically, hydraulically and pneumatically using the proper tools and test equipment.     Responsibilities:   Complete all utilities maintenance.   Perform all necessary documentation of activities.   Install equipment on all utility systems.   Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.   Keep all work areas clean.    Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.   Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.:  addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).   Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.   Ability and willingness to work on demand in emergency situations.   Ability and willingness to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.   Able to complete all paperwork CMMS/SAP functions.   Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.   Perform any other work as assigned by management.     Physical Requirements : The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.   Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level up to 40 pounds frequently.   Ability and willingness to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.   Ability and willingness to use both hands for rapid mental muscular coordination, simultaneously.   Ability and willingness to reach high and low levels, frequently.   Ability and willingness to constantly stand/stoop/walk/bend up to 10 hours.   Ability and willingness to climb stairs.   Ability and willingness to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 10 degrees.     Requirements:   Minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months).     LOCATION NOT ACCEPTING REHIRES     Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: 2ND SHIFT (United States of America) Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
