We will train you to become a WordPress guru who will consult with and   assist   customers by   utilizing   your creativity and customer service skills. As a WordPress specialist, your success within the role not only allows you to help small businesses achieve their goals, but you also contribute to making WP Live one of the leading companies within our industry.     As a WordPress Specialist, your efforts   will:     Positively   impact   small businesses ' ability to grow & thrive.      Communicate with customers via inbound call center (15-20 calls/day), focused on   a high level   of customer satisfaction.      Support clients in their use of WordPress using your knowledge, design experience, and other creative assets . Take the time to understand our customers'   goals and challenges, consult options, and make recommendations to enhance their design/marketing strategy.      Ability to thoroughly listen, understand, and   teach   each customer to resolve their needs within our required average handle time (25 mins per call).      Create a positive customer experience by walking customers through WordPress plugins and themes.     Openly accepts and incorporates qualitative feedback.       Participates in cross-functional team meetings to improve processes.   Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.   You have 1–2 years of customer service experience (required).  Experience in web hosting is preferred but not required.  You’re passionate about technology and eager to learn WordPress and related web tools.  You have strong communication and problem-solving skills , with a desire to help others succeed.  You’re comfortable interacting with a wide range of people—from small business owners to seasoned developers.  Experience with internet tools, social media, or small business environments is a plus.  Bonus points if you have any exposure to WordPress, plugins, themes, or page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WP Bakery.  Why you’ll love us.
