Job Description: Job Title: Origination and Execution Banker - ABS Primary Desk – Consumer & Transportation Corporate Title: Vice President Location: New York, NY Overview The candidate will be a member of Deutsche Bank’s Consumer / Transportation team that is part of the broader ABS Primary franchise. The role focuses on supporting the origination, structuring, syndication and execution of ABS new issue and asset finance transactions including auto, consumer, equipment, student loans, and credit card asset classes. Under the mentorship, and in collaboration with, senior team members, the candidate will manage all aspects of deal execution, from initial pitch stage through to closing settlement and execution. including establishing warehouses, portfolio analysis, cash flow modeling, capital structure tranching and optimization, preparing marketing material, responding to investor diligence requests, obtaining the target tranche ratings, negotiating legal documentation, and facilitating settlement and execution. In such role, the candidate will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally, requiring strong communication skills, both written and oral. The salary range for this position in New York City is $180K to $250K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
