Job Description: Job Title: Regulatory Control Analyst to Associate Location: Jaipur, India Role Description Transaction monitoring (TM) is an essential element of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy within Deutsche Bank (DB). DB is required to monitor transactions and undertakes a risk based approach towards transaction monitoring to identify potentially unusual and suspicious transaction behavior in order to detect and prevent the misuse of its products and accounts for the purpose of money laundering or terrorist financing (ML/TF). As an Associate in FCO APAC L1 TM you are a functional specialist/SME who will be responsible for reviewing transactions within APAC TM alerts to identify any ML/TF cautionary flags, evaluate the risk and dispense to close or escalate cases which requires further review by the next level. You are expected to display expertise in evolving AML typologies. You might call upon to deliver results in the areas of training, evaluating and setting process controls, QA gap analysis, KOD review & adherence and audit point mitigation. You are an extra-miler with good written and oral communication skills focusing on results and an analytical bent of mind toward problem solving.
