Job Description Summary Job Description Be part of something bigger! Essential Functions: Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to address technical problems and optimize performance. Implement and enforce security measures and best practices to protect Pega applications and data. Manage user access and permissions, including role-based access control (RBAC), LDAP integration, and authentication mechanisms. Collaborate with development teams to deploy new releases, patches, and hotfixes, and ensure smooth migration of applications between environments. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity. Configure and manage application servers, web servers, and other infrastructure components to support Pega applications. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices, and provide training to team members and end-users as needed. Stay updated on the latest Pega platform releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements and improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency. Hands on experience in a Process Mining Tool Like Celonis. Qualifications 3 Years of software development experience; preferred to be in Life Science. 2+ Years of experience in Pega PRPC/or any other BPM tools. 1+ years of relevant hands-on work experience in Celonis Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience in coaching and mentoring more junior team members. Excellent communication skills, able to influence and develop strong relationships.
