This role is responsible for executing Anaplan development work as assigned, ensuring that internal IT Anaplan models and applications are delivered in a fashion consistent with industry/company design, architecture, and quality standards as well as best practices. This role will be based and located in Pune. How you will make an impact: Develop and modify moderately complex Anaplan code and configurations, ETL setup in Informatica Cloud or similar, or setup of Anaplan related web applications. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code on moderately complex issues Determine operational feasibility by evaluating existing analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions Determine and design moderately complex system specifications, standards, and programming including preparing and installing solutions within the scope of architecture, quality, security policies Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures Keep abreast of technical innovation by studying state-of-the-art development tools and practices, programming and modelling techniques; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations Other duties as assigned by Leadership What you’ll need (Required) Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field. 2-3 years of previous related experience Previous related experience and training in the Anaplan or similar technologies What else we look for (Preferred) Strong analytical, detail-oriented, organized and information seeking skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills. Moderate knowledge and understanding of computer science fundamentals. Good troubleshooting/debugging skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals. Strict attention to detail. Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects. Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships. Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
