Summary 🎯 Role Summary We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Figma to Webflow Website Developer who can take pixel-perfect Figma designs and translate them into high-performance, responsive Webflow websites. You’ll play a pivotal role in building our public-facing web experience, where first impressions of Datamax AI happen. ⸻ 🛠 Responsibilities • Convert Figma design files into fully functional, responsive Webflow pages • Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility • Optimize site performance and load speed • Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as needed • Integrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic as needed ✅ Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Webflow development • Strong command of web development and Html, CSS, etc • Experience converting Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) designs into Webflow sites • Proficient in responsive and mobile-first design practices • Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standards • SEO best practices for on-page elements • Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively across remote teams ⸻ 💡 Nice to Have • Knowledge of modern frameworks • Familiarity with security best practices
