About the Role We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish & English) to support tenants and property management operations for rental properties. This role involves assisting tenants with inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring clear communication between residents and the property management team. The ideal candidate has experience working with rental properties or property management , strong communication skills in both Spanish and English , and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support to tenants and prospective renters via phone, email, and messaging platforms Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to assist a diverse tenant base Respond to tenant inquiries regarding leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and general property information Coordinate and log maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution Assist with scheduling property viewings or coordinating with leasing teams Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions in the CRM or property management system Escalate urgent tenant concerns to the appropriate property management staff Support administrative tasks related to rental operations and tenant communication Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) Experience in customer service , preferably in property management or rental properties Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle tenant concerns professionally and with empathy Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities Comfortable using CRM systems, property management software, or ticketing systems Ability to work independently in a remote environment Nice to Have Experience using property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar systems Previous experience supporting U.S. rental properties or property management companies Basic understanding of leasing processes and tenant relations What Success Looks Like Tenant inquiries are handled promptly and professionally Maintenance requests are tracked and coordinated efficiently Communication between tenants and property management remains clear and organized Tenant satisfaction and response times are consistently high
