We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help drive new business through lead generation, booked appointments, and closed sales. This role is performance-driven, with commission structures tied to results  The ideal candidate is customer-facing, comfortable communicating with clients, and confident in both marketing execution and sales conversations  Job Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Marketing Execution Coordinate website marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other lead generation channels Execute advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and generate appointments Help identify potential marketing gaps and opportunities Primarily focus on execution of campaigns, with some strategic input welcomed Sales Development Generate and/or work leads to book qualified appointments Earn commissions based on booked appointments (marketing side) Close sales and earn commissions based on performance (sales side) Compensation Structure Lower base pay with high commission potential Commission paid on: Booked appointments (marketing performance) Closed sales (sales performance)  Must-Have Requirements: Strong English communication skills (customer-facing role) Comfortable in client conversations Sales-comfortable personality (not necessarily extensive sales background, but must be confident) Experience or familiarity with marketing platforms and campaign execution Results-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
