Ditt uppdrag i organisationen Som HR People Partner arbetar du konsultativt tillsammans med våra funktions- och avdelningschefer. Du är ett kvalificerat stöd i både operativa och strategiska frågor och samordnar och utvecklar långsiktigt och strukturerat verksamhetens HR‑processer. Arbetsuppgifter Rådgivning inom arbetsrätt, förhandling och kollektivavtal Stöd i rehabiliteringsprocesser och arbetsmiljöfrågor Kvalitetssäkring av HR‑rutiner, policys och dokumentation Medverkan i kompetensutveckling och strategiska HR‑initiativ Arbeta i personalsystemet Workday och hantera administrativa uppgifter såsom exempelvis personalstatistik och uppföljning Samverkan med externa parter som myndigheter och leverantörer En del av ett globalt och lokalt HR‑arbete I HR‑teamet arbetar vi kontinuerligt med att implementera och anpassa globala HR‑strategier och processer till lokal nivå. Det kan handla om systemstöd, kulturfrågor eller projekt kopplade till organisationsutveckling. Du deltar återkommande i globala, tvärfunktionella projektteam och bidrar med både analys och genomförande. HR People Partner‑teamet i Emmaboda består av en Sr. Manager People Partner och tre HR People Partners. Du arbetar nära kollegorna inom HR People Operations och har ett tätt samarbete med HR People Partner‑kollegor baserade i Stockholm. Tillsammans skapar vi ett professionellt, stöttande och framåtblickande HR‑arbete. Kompetens & erfarenhet Du som söker rollen har relevant högskoleexamen inom human resources eller motsvarande utbildning, samt några års erfarenhet av HR-arbete. Kompetens inom arbetsrätt/kollektivavtal samt facklig förhandlingsvana är viktiga nycklar för rollen. Som person är du är lyhörd, servicemedveten och lösningsorienterad. För att lyckas i rollen krävs en hög grad av självständighet, initiativförmåga och uthållighet för att nå resultat och driva förändringsprocesser. Du har en mycket god förmåga att bygga relationer, samverka och kommunicera och vi värdesätter ditt genuina intresse för människor. Tjänsten är ett föräldrarvikariat på ett år.
