Participation à la Stratégie CRM & Digitale Après ‑Vente Contribution à la définition et à l’évolution de la stratégie CRM APV (fidélisation, activation, rétention, recommandation). Participation aux réflexions sur la segmentation, la personnalisation et la valeur client. Benchmark interne/externe pour identifier les leviers d’optimisation des parcours relationnels et automatisés. 2. Conception et optimisation des Master Templates CRM Mise à jour, amélioration et création de master templates CRM globaux (emails, SMS, push). Contribution aux guidelines relationnelles et automatisées utilisées dans les différents pays. Coordination avec les équipes marketing, data, design et pays pour garantir cohérence, efficacité et respect de la charte Renault Group. 3. Travail sur les Parcours Clients & Parcours Digitaux Analyse, mapping et optimisation des parcours clients APV (relationnels, transactionnels, automatisés). Contribution à la refonte et à l’amélioration continue des parcours digitaux (prise de rendez‑vous, suivi après‑vente, notifications, etc.). Participation aux ateliers d’amélioration continue (UX, CX, CRO). Benchmark interne/externe pour identifier les leviers d’optimisation des parcours relationnels et automatisés. 4. Analyse des Statistiques CRM & Reporting au Top Management Suivi des performances CRM : taux d’ouverture, clics, conversion, attribution business. Production de reportings réguliers et présentation des enseignements clés au management APV. Utilisation d’outils CRM et analytiques (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, Adobe Analytics… selon stack Renault). 5. Support opérationnel & coordination internationale Interaction avec les pays pour la mise en œuvre locale des campagnes et parcours automatisés. Suivi de la production, du planning et des validations internes. Qui êtes-vous ? Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, marketing digital ou équivalent. Intérêt marqué pour la relation client, le digital, les parcours clients et l’univers automobile. Aisance avec les données, esprit analytique, capacité à structurer et synthétiser. Rigueur, créativité, sens de la communication et esprit collaboratif. Un plus : connaissance d’un outil CRM (Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot…) ou d’analytics (contentsquare, google analytics, lookerstudio, ...)
