Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.   Main responsibilities:   ·       Crafting outstanding talent pipelines using your digital and technology talent market knowledge ·       Becoming the go-to sourcing guru for France and beyond, keeping our talent pool fresh, engaged, and ready for opportunities ·       Mastering the art of advanced sourcing techniques - think X-Ray search, Boolean wizardry, and navigating the depths of Kaggle, GitHub, and other platforms and techniques ·       Devising targeted sourcing strategies that feel like they were tailor-made for each role (because they are!) ·       Sharing best practice with digital Recruiters in other countries to ensure we share insights and world-class techniques . Managing end to end recruitment process for digital hiring   About you   ·       Extensive experience sourcing and hiring highly technical talent, including Software Engineers and Developers as a minimum ·       Knowledge of technical communities like Kaggle, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and how to effectively source talent from these platforms ·       Exceptional networking skills and an outstanding network of world class tech talent .
