Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid search and display campaigns. This is a fully remote role ideal for someone with proven experience running high-budget performance marketing campaigns, improving ROAS, and driving measurable growth. You will work closely with the marketing and growth teams to develop and execute data-driven paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and creatives Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting accordingly Build detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align messaging and funnel strategy Track conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations Identify scaling opportunities and new paid acquisition channels 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Google Ads Specialist Proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000+ Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Experience optimizing landing pages for conversion rate improvement Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns preferred
