Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re hiring a Business Development Representative for a fast-growing company in the marketing industry. This is an exciting remote sales job ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking high-quality meetings. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in building pipeline by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach campaigns, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into an Account Executive or Sales Manager position within a performance-focused marketing environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other social channels Identify and qualify decision-makers within target marketing and advertising companies Generate and nurture high-quality leads for the sales pipeline Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Research market trends and competitors within the digital marketing space Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and meetings booked 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (BDR/SDR experience preferred) Strong understanding of the marketing industry (digital marketing, SEO, paid media, social media, or branding services is a plus) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Confidence in cold calling and objection handling Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and home office setup
