Your primary responsibility will be booking qualified sales meetings with decision-makers and generating consistent pipeline for the closing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound outreach who want to grow into a long-term remote sales career. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, and scheduling high-quality discovery calls or product demos. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach Engage decision-makers and qualify potential leads Book qualified appointments and demos for Account Executives Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) Follow structured scripts while adapting messaging to prospect needs Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets Collaborate with sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or outbound sales Strong communication and persuasion skills Confidence handling objections and gatekeepers Experience using CRM systems and sales tools Clear, professional English (verbal and written) Self-motivated with strong time management skills Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup Preferred: Experience in SaaS, B2B services, digital marketing, or tech industries Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools Track record of consistently hitting meeting-booking targets
